These terms govern your use of Ygora, a product of Ygora AS (org. nr 935 830 427), Norway. By using Ygora, you agree to them.

What Ygora is

Ygora is a strategic decision-support tool for leaders. It helps you think through your team and what your goals actually require. Ygora does not provide legal, HR, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a performance-management or employment-decision system. Any decision you make using Ygora is your own.

Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, so keep your email account secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person; please don't share access.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Ygora. That includes breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, scraping it, or entering data you have no right to share. In particular, do not enter sensitive personal information about individuals (for example health or other special-category data) into the coach.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Ygora. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own Ygora itself — the software, design, and content.

Availability and changes

Ygora is provided on an as-is basis during this early phase. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change, continued use means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ygora AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo as the venue for any disputes.
